In this video we show a very interesting an unusual case of a patient with 2 small GGO tumors located in anterior segment of left upper lobe and posterobasal segment of left lower lobe (intersegmental plane bewteen S9 and S10). An uniportal VATS left double anatomic segmentectomy of upper lobe (S3) and lower lobe (S9-10) was performed. Both lesions were early stage lung cancer (AIS and MIA). The postoperative course of the patient was uneventful.
