Anatomic segmentectomies of individual basilar segments of lower lobes are the most challenging segmental resections to be performed by VATS. This case shows a small lesion located at anterior basal segment of the right lower lobe (RS8). A anterobasal segmentectomy (S8) by uniportal VATS was performed.
