In this video we show the new concept of instrumentation in uniportal VATS: avoiding too many instruments trough the incision. The idea is to achieve a complete lymph node dissection by using only 2 instruments (curved suction and harmonic), no lung or lymph node graspers. In this way we reduce the possibility of intercostal nerve damage.
