We present total microsurgical removal of the tentorial meningeoma localised in a pineal region. The surgery was performed using supracerebellar infratentorial approach in sitting position.
Small tentorial meningeoma removed totally in one piece via asterional suboccipital craniectomy. We show usefulness of fibrocollagen sponges in management of even severe venous bleedings.
