Case description
Surgical video case: 76 - year-old woman with solitary renal cell carcinoma metastasis on PET/CT scan (lymph node?). 2.5 years ago she underwent open nephrectomy due to renal cell carcinoma (pT1b).
Laparoscopic removal of metastatic lesion close to right illiac vessels was performed.
Duration of procedure: 12 minutes. Blood loss: less than 50 mL.
She was discharged 2 days after surgery in good condition.
Pathological examination showed renal cell carcinoma metastasis (completely removed).
