Case description

Female patient, 54 years old, with a history of tuberculosis in 2007, completed anti-tuberculosis treatment for 6 months, then in 2022, began with symptoms of progressive dyspnea mrc 2, was assessed by the ENT service and decided on joint management with our service. Subglottic stenosis was evident 2 cm below the vocal cords with involvement of 2 tracheal rings with a decrease of 6 mm corresponding to 75% (Cotton scale grade III), progressive balloon dilation was performed up to 12 mm.
