Scortal Hypospadias a Boy with Female-like Genitalia
Case description
Correction of severe hypospadias (perineal hypospadias ) by Dr. Ahmed Abdelmohsen from Egypt. This boy was born with female-like genitalia with a tiny penis that looks like a clitoris and a bifid scrotum that looks like a vagina. First, lengthening of the penis and correction of chordee with skin grafting was first done. Then, making a new urethra to pee from the tip of his penis like normal boys. Nice results.
