Case description

12 yr old girl phenotypically female presenting a bilateral inguinal hernia with single (urethral) opening in vestibule. notice the bilateral hernial sites with gonadal vessels entering the canal. There are absent uterus and fallopian tubes. The gonads pulled in for inspection and looked like ovo testis. No trace of vas like structures either.
