Case description

In this video we can see the effects of a saline infiltration into the vocal folds prior to microsurgery of right vocal fold polyp with a contralateral left vocal fold reaction. The superficial lesions are more prominent, there is a better exposition of sub mucosal scar and a protection of over-resected epithelium and the excessive violation of superficial lamina propria is avoided, because of infiltration. For this pupose the fine needle tip was used.
