Case description

In this video we can see unilateral nasal polyps in a middle-age male patient. The appearance of endoscopic morphology is indistinguishable from ethmoidal polyps. During the postnasal space examination more solid mass crossing over to the contra lateral side was revealed. It is necessary to perform the imaging study and also a deep biopsy to show its characteristic histopathologic features.
