Case description

The nasal polyp appears as glistening swelling and it can be compared to peeled grape. The nasal cavity is involved by the polyp either unilaterally or bilaterally and it can be associated by sinusitis. It is painless and relatively mobile especially if pedunculated as compared to the nasal turbinates which are more sensitive and fixed. In this video we can see multiple polyps arising from middle meatus area accompanied by concurrent sinusitis, as evidenced by presence of mucopus posteriorly with postnasal drip. Similar findings were also in the left side.
