Case description
Most ENT / plastic surgeons find it difficult to address the Caudal septal deviation, for risk of tip drop. Inadequate attempt to correct caudal septal deviation may lead to recurrence of deviation and Nasal obstruction. A caudal septal deviation may also produce aesthetic nasal deformity.
