Rhinosporidiosis is a chronic granulomatous infection caused by Rhinosporidium seeberi. In this case disease is affecting the mucous membrane of nasopharynx. Polyps are causing nasal obstruction and epistaxis. An author of this material is Dr Preeti Nair.
