Case description

Squamous cell carcinoma of the lip is characterized by a painless, iinfiltratiive and hard ulcer occurring most commonly on the lower lip. A high index of suspicion should be maintained for those lip ulcers or nodules the persist for more than a month. This photograph shows a characteristic squamous cell carcinoma of the lip.
