Case description

A fistula tract has developed through the floor of the right frontal sinus at the site of a previous frontal sinus trephine performed for the treatment of a frontal sinus mucocele. As the obstruction of the frontal recess was not treated, the mucocele properly recurred, became infected and drained through the site of the previous trephination.
