Maxillary Sinus Fungus Ball
Case description
During endoscopic sinus surgery, a good view is achieved into this right maxillary sinus via the middle meatus. The trocar which was inserted into the maxillary sinus through the canine fossa is used to help shovel the fungal mass towards the enlarged natural ostium. All of the fungal masses were removed by this approach.
