Case description
A fungus ball [non-invasive Aspergillus Fumigatus] was encountered on the floor of this maxillary sinus. The fungal spores which are clearly visible growing on the floor of the sinus. Note the mucopurulent debris, which is being transported out of the sinus by the wide and patent natural maxillary sinus ostium [12 o'clock position].
