Case description

The superior meatus lies lateral to the superior turbinate. This is a view into the superior meatus underneath a well developed right superior terminate. The ostia of the ethmoidal clefts and cell openings can be seen in the superior meatus. The inferior border of the right superior turbinate can be seen running from 1 the 7 o'clock.
