Case description
This is a cadaveric coronal section cut through the plane of the maxillary ostia, showing the uncinate process bilaterally. Rote the relationship of the maxillary sinus to the orbit superiorly. The ethmoid sinuses are also clearly seen and one should note the relationship of the ethmoid sinuses laterally to the orbital contents.
