Case description

In this video, Dr. Millett demonstrates arthroscopic AC joint reconstruction using knotless corococlavicular fixation and soft-tissue anatomic coroclavicular ligament reconstruction. A standard diagnostic shoulder arthroscopy is first preformed. A sub-coracoid decompression. A cannulated pen is drilled through the clavicle and coracoid. The double-loaded CC fixation device is shuttled through the transosseous coracoid tunnels. A dog-bone fixation device is secured in the under-surface of the coracoid. The soft-tissue graft is passed around the clavicle and the coracoid to anatomically recreate the CC ligaments, and the graft is secured in place.
