Arthroscopic repair of labral tear in the shoulder. Performed by Dr. Eric W. Edmonds at Rady Children's Hospital in San Diego. The author lead us step-by-step through the procedure starting from diagnostic arthroscopy, freeing the labrum, debriding scar tissue, anchor placement, suturing posterior superior labrum, suturing posterior labrum, completion of posterior repair, repairing bony bankart (disruption of the anterior portion of the joint secondary to dislocation in forward direction) and anchor placement anterior ending with an anterior capsulorraphy and labral repair.
