Osteoid Osteoma with Impending Fracture Femur
Case description
18 years old female patient, was diagnosed of hasing osteoid osteoma of left femur and treated (by other doctor) by enblock excision. Post operatively, the symptoms persisted, and she became unable to bear any wieght by left lower limb. Medullary reaming done for her. and IM Interlocking nail and bone graft. Complete symptome relief occur, and she can again bearing the wieght.
