Case description
Female 37 years old, C/O sever pain in her right hip with inability to stand or walk, and she had mild degree of night fever associated with night sweating, and moderate loss of weight, of three months duration.
O/E: Looks severly ill,sever local tenderness on right hip and sacroiliac joint, painful flexion or rotation of right hip, and patrick test positive on right side.
Hb: 9 gm/dl, WBC: 3400/cmm, ESR: 110/hr, CRP: positive 1/48, Mantoux test positive, Ca: 8.8, Phosphorous: 4.2, ALP: 70
