Case description

A failed anterior chamber filtration, because of blockage by the iris edge. With the 600 micron Fugo Blade tip is made a transconjunctival transciliary filtration, This technology perks possibility for succesful surgery. From under the iris edge the injected air occurs in the anterior chamber. Transciliary filtration prevents blockage of the internal aperture of the track by iris.
