Case description

The patient had not LP, but complains because of severe pain. The first step is to press the tip of a forceps about 1 mm from the limbus to mark he sclera. The second step is to tear down the conjunctiva to make a positional whole with a 100 micron Fugo Blade tip. After that to pull down the conjunctiva with a non-conductive spatula and to create 300 micron activated tip track through the sclera and ciliary body. The aqueous movement was little since there is very little aqueous in the posterior in a case of pharmakomorphic glaucoma. 0.05% mitomycin C is injected subconjunctival before sewing the conjunctival hole.
