Case description

The video shows a trasconjunctival transciliary filtration (TCTCF). The track was created with a Fugo blade. When the tip (300 microns) reaches the posterior chamber – a sharp movement of air/fluid along the shaft of the tip can be noticed. It causes a formation of a cavitation bubble in this chamber. It also appears in the anterior chamber spontaneously. Subconjunctival Mitomycin 0,05% is required.
