Case description

This video presents a scleral tunnel technique for cataract surgery. The cornea has 16 incision RK making the usual clear corneal tunnel impossible. This very old technique provides the needed access. The Inamura capsulorrhexis forceps (Duckworth & Kent #2-716GE-1S) are ideal in length and curvature to work through the tunnel.
