This video shows a fornix reconstruction procedure for a patient with severe ankyloblepharon, cicatricial entropion, and trichiasis; an oral mucosa graft is harvested and affixed with sutures and amniotic membrane is affixed with fibrin glue to reconstruct the fornix and ocular surface.
