Case description

It is a recurrent naevus, 4 years after the Fugo blade ablation of a much larger lesion. It appears benign. It is just cleaned away with Fugo blade. The tip is cleaned with cotton bud after short intervals. The ablation is done without burning or charring. The tool works like excimer laser. The ablation is done with the plasma that is generated at the tip of the instrument.
