Case description

The basics of Singh technique are: Preservation of the edges of the muscle, so that there is no chance of misalignment ever. This is especially useful in cases of phorias. Second, no suture is passed through the sclera. The advancing suture is passed through the muscle tendon close to insertion and through the tenon capsule nearby. Fugo blade makes the surgery bloodless and without postoperative reaction. It hardly takes 6 minutes to complete one muscle. Use a prism to fuse the two images and see in 3 D.
