Case description

Video shows dr.Pakzaban clipping of a ruptured aneurysm of the ACOM (anterior communicating artery) in the case of subarachnoid hemorrhage. Momentarily bleeding aneurysm is shown during the final dissection. Hemorrhage is successfully stopped by clipping the aneurysm. After that the dome of an aneurysm is punctured using a needle to confirm the success.
