The follownig video presents an endoscopic method of cystic PRLoma endonasal pituitary surgery. Pseudocapsule was completely removed. Fat tissue, dural suture, bone fragment and fibrin glue were used to make a sellar closure. The new Easy slip-knot technique was applied to make a deep suture.
