Case description
The follownig video presents an endonasal transsphenoidal pituitary adenoma endoscopic removal. 5-0 nylon string (9mm needle) was used for a dural suture. The new tying method (Easy-slip knot) is very smooth, fast and an easy one. It may be used in a lot of area of surgery.
