Case description
The following video features an endoscopic endonasal surgery for tuberculum sellae meningioma (2cm). An optic nerve and the IC were not involuted. The tumor was totally removed (no adhesion, soft tumor tissue). This access is based successively to: feeding arteries management, decompression of the optic nerve. Underside of optic nerve may be straightway visible.
