Case description

These aneurysms are one of the most common sites of brain aneurysms. They commonly present with subarachnoid haemorrhage, headache , vomiting, altered sensorium. Microsurgical obliteration is treatment of choice. A thorough knowledge of the anatomy of the region is key to the successful treatment of these lesions. Anatomy is clearly demontrated in this case.
