Case description
In this video there is shown laparoscopic myomectomy, with the most important stages of operation. I have focused on technique of dissection and suturing the uterus. Patient 29 yo, non-parous, weight 130kg, BMI 44. Indications for surgery: hemorrhagic menstruation (ineffective conservative treatment), anemia (Hb 7,9 before surgery), USG TV before surgery: in the front wall of uterus 4 myomas FIGO 2-5, diameter 3-5cm; in the back wall FIGO 2-5, diameter 5cm; total amount of diameters of removed myomas - 20cm. Intraoperative blood loss 400ml. Duration of surgery 2h30min. Drainage till evening 15ml, 24h post-operation 50ml.
