Case description

Tubal ectopic pregnancy. 2011, a diagnostic process without the possibility of locating pregnancy. Initially, diagnostic laparoscopy. Tubal pregnancy diagnosed. Salpigectomy. Severe pain during palpation of pouch of Douglas (the recto-uterine pouch) is presented as the classic symptom of an incidental ectopic pregnancy.
