Case description
Cervical epidermoid carcinoma IIB. Tx with IMRT with radical intention + weekly CDDP (45Gy + Boost on parametrium) and IRT (29Gy x 5) ... in controls makes a interaortocava relapse and left para aortic of 11 and 7mm with SUV max 4.4 in PET-CT. Pathology: Ganglia with extensive infiltration due to moderately differentiated squamous cell carcinoma. Image of venous invasion and extranodal involvement. The patient was discharged the next day and then received QT + RT with extended field. Currently in controls.
