A 35yrs old lady came with lower abdominal pain since last 10 days with amenorrhoea for last one month and mild per vaginal bleeding. She has a history of Dilatation and Evacuation 2days ago with out any ultrasonography. History taking, clinical examination and ultrasonography report(left sided chronic ectopic pregnancy) was done for proper diagnosis. Patient was clinically stable, and routine test was within normal limits.
Laparoscopic surgery done under general anesthesia.
Patient was discharge after 2days,and post operative period was uneventful.
