Case description

We present laparoscopic, combined technique of lower paraaortic lymphadenectomy and pelvic SLN biopsy using indocyanine green mapping (VisionSense Iridium system). The transperitoneal approach is performed with no-change of camera and surgeon position method and allows the perfect visualisation of lower paraaortic region and whole pelvis, using 5 trocars, with camera placed above 5-7cm above the umbilicus. Systematic lower paraaortic lymphadenectomy, with complete urethers mobilisation and IMA visualisation is perfomed. Sentinel nodes pelvic biopsy of pelvic nodes is performed using indocyanine green technique. The procedure is relatively short and do not require position changing of camera and leading surgeon. Hysterectomy procedure is typical and not included in the video.
