Case description
This video shows the procedure for a complex laparoscopic total hysterectomy; Obese patient (BMI 42) previews three C scars and one myomectomy, big uterus (500 grammes). At the end of the surgery we used a laparoscopic retractable blade (chardonnens) for the uterine hemisection to facilitate the vaginal extraction of the specimen.
