This video shows the realization of a difficult hysterectomy 3 years after radical nephro ureterectomy for left kidney cancer (made by open way). The difficulty is represented by the presence of a voluminous fibroma included in the right broad ligament responsible for hydronephrosis on single right kidney and by the left retroperitoneal fibrosis induced by the initial urological procedure.
