Case description

This video shows the realization of a difficult hysterectomy 3 years after radical nephro ureterectomy for left kidney cancer (made by open way). The difficulty is represented by the presence of a voluminous fibroma included in the right broad ligament responsible for hydronephrosis on single right kidney and by the left retroperitoneal fibrosis induced by the initial urological procedure. This endoscopic procedure is performed in clinique la capitale at Rabat Morrocco (www.lacapitalemaroc.com) by doctor Moulay nabil gynecologist in Morrocco (www.drmoulaynabil.com).
