Case description

This video depicts a laparoscopic presacral and iliac lymph node resection and psoas muscle biopsy in a patient two years after complete endoscopic surgery for of endometrial cancer (FIGO 1 N O ). Laparoscopic biopsy is useful in patients in whom an ultrasound or CT-guided biopsy is not feasible or yields inadequate sample. Lymph nodes situated in most abdominal locations can be biopsied laparoscopically and a specimen large enough for all the required tests can be obtained. This procedure is performed in clinique la capitale at Rabat Morrocco (www.lacapitalemaroc.com) by Dr Moulay nabil (www.drmoulaynabil.com).
