Case description
This video demonstrates level 4 lymphadenectomy in a patient with ovarian cancer, so the lymphadenectomy along the lumbar aorta and vena cava is especially emphasized here. Special attention is paid to demonstrate the clearance of the whole circumference of those vessels. The para aortic, para caval retro aortic retro caval and interaorto-caval lymph nodes will be removed. The procedure has been completed by a standard pelvic lymphadenectomy.
