Case description

In the video we can see a 61-year old female, on which radical uterus removal, both Fallopian tubes excision, pelvis mass reduction, omentectomy and culdectomy were performed. Rectosigmoid connection was created. Histological examination revealed high-differentiated adenocarcinoma of the endometrium in a stadfium IB, as well as ovarian low-differentiated papillary serous carcionoma. Every 3 months the follow-up was done and the chemotherepy with Carboplatinum and Taxol was administrated. The patients is in a good state and has no sign of the cancer. Authors: Farr R.
