Case description

Corona mortis is an anatomical variant characterized by arterial and venous connections that cross the space behind the superior pubic ramus. It typically involves anastomoses between the obturator artery (usually a branch of the internal iliac artery) and branches of the external iliac artery or the inferior epigastric artery. This structure is often located approximately 40 to 96 mm from the pubic symphysis and can vary in diameter from 1.4 to 3.7 mm.
