Case description

Hernia surgery video: under endotracheal anesthesia, the patient was placed on the operating table in a supine position. After abdominal exploration, the table was moved to the 30° reverse Trendelenburg position initially, a 5-mm trocar into the peritoneal cavity above the navel and inserted surgical microscopes into the peritoneal cavity to observe and assess the location of the hernia. One 5-mm trocars were placed on the outer edge of the rectus abdominis in line with the another 10-mm trocar position * A peritoneal incision was made just above 2 cm to the internal ring by the energy devices from the medial of spina iliaca anterior superior to the medial umbilical ligament. blunt dissection to create a preperitoneal space. The pubic symphysis is the first anatomical landmark recognized. Other landmarks are Cooper’s ligament inferior epigastric vessels. *All myopectineal orifices were completely controlled for hernia(s) and identified all potential sites of hernia formation were. *After hernia reduction and parietalization, a propylene mesh was placed.
