Case description

This video presents the case of a young patient with Superior Mesenteric Artery Syndrome due to compression on the third portion of the duodenum. I performed a latero-lateral duodeno-jejunal anastomosis between the third portion of the duodenum, proximal to the SMA and the jejunum.
