Laparoscopiccommon bile duct exploration after failed endoscopicretrograde cholangio-pancreatography is an alternative to open CBD exploration. It is being performed at few centres with adequate surgical expertise. Herein, we present our experience of LCBDE with choledochoduodenostomy after failed ERCP in a case with previous open cholecystectomy by midline incision.
