Case description
After the confluence of the cystic duct and the CBD were exposed, an incision was made along the superior wall of the common bile duct. The choledochoscope was inserted into the lumen of the CBD through the incision, and all CBD stones were retrieved using a forceps or basket or a Fogarty balloon catheter or were irrigated with saline. In this video we show forceps technique. After CBD clearance was confirmed using the control choledochoscopy.
